Tensile Testing (Gears and Tackles)
WHY US?
- We have an in-house hydraulic tensile testing facility of 60 tonnes and 120 tonnes.
- Our testing machines are duly calibrated and certified annually to display the correct and accurate load tonnage.
- Both machines have a good bed length and width that enable us to serve customers with testing of odd sized lifting gears.
- We are located centrally in Mazgaon, from our location; the proximity to industrial sites, lifting-tackles market and docks are an added advantage.
OUR COMPETENCIES - We hold valid competencies from:
- Directorate General and Chief Inspector of Dock Safety under the Dock Workers (Safety, Health & Welfare) Regulations, 1990.
- Director of Industrial Safety & Health under the Directorate of Industrial Safety and Health Rules, 1963.
- Our test certificates are honoured at Indian Docks, Sailing vessels, and for Industrial application of the tested material.

- We also provide inspection of tested lifting equipments that are located on vessel or in docks or in industries.
- Our competent person visits these locations and performs a visual inspection of the usability of lifting gears, and we issue a report thereon.
