• Implementation of an extensive hardware and software upgrade to transition from SAP version ECC6 to S4 HANA.
• Over 150 tailored enhancements and customisations were successfully migrated and upgraded.
• Comprehensive user training and personalised support was provided for the new system.
• Detailed test cases and flow testing was performed to ensure that each element of the system worked flawlessly.
• Introduced business work engines on FIORRI Apps, and enabled users to work through these APPS on the ERP.
• Process revamp and introducing new processes to align to change in system flows.
