Problem Statement

• Due to limitations on head count, fresh recruitment was not possible.

• Process improvisation was necessary, along with becoming acquainted with the holding company's systems and processes.

• The manpower required to execute floor jobs was missing.

Solutioning

• Organized candidates with diverse experience and educational backgrounds according to the clients' needs, facilitating interviews between the candidates and the clients.

• The shortlisted candidates were offered positions, and upon acceptance, a dedication bond was executed. Subsequently, they were successfully onboarded for the client.

• Engaged the client and new staff members through hands-on training sessions, providing an overview to help them grasp the system in less time. Additionally, oversaw all new joiners to ensure their smooth transition and understanding of the processes.

• Organized a manager for the team and implemented an employee tracking system to monitor productivity, hours on the job, leaves, results, etc.

• The lead consultant became involved in system and process review, suggesting improvements in processes while also documenting them to establish standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Subsequently, automated solutions were introduced to reduce the need for manual labour and minimize outsourcing activities.
